The Community Block, at Gathering Place (off Douglas Close), Radcliffe, hosts the Carwoola Community Hall (opened on Australia Day 1993), the Carwoola Rural Fire Brigade Shed, a horse dressage arena and pre-school children's play area.
Bowen Park is located in Bowen Street, Radcliffe (access via Kearns Parade). Facilities include barbeque, shelter, basketball hardcourt, and a flat area for horse riding or playing cricket. Tree planting was carried out in 1985. Fencing for the hardcourt was carried out in June 2004.

It consists of a community block, water reserve (declared in the late 19th century) and public reserve, including the wetland area at the confluence of the Molonglo River and Stoney Creek.
